About Us

Welcome!! Blue Lake Botanicals makes high quality, handcrafted products from organic or wildcrafted herbs. We are located on America's Northcoast--the Great Lakes. Our retail shop is located in downtown Willoughby, Ohio right next to the library and across from the gazebo in the center of town.

Blue Lake Botanicals skincare and teas are made in small batches to ensure their integrity and quality. Every step in the process is taken with great care and respect to infuse the products with the best ingredients and positive intentions for health and wellness.

We take pride in using healthy and fresh ingredients that bring a bit of nature into your life. Our aim is to support mind, body and spirit by bringing the energetic and aromatic gifts of the plants to you. We use organic plants and oils as much as possible and look for local and sustainable suppliers.

Our soaps are made to transport you with their scents while supporting healthy skin. No artificial fragrances or colors.

We use fresh and vibrant herbs in our teas. Some include the tea plant Camellia sinensis which has varying levels of caffeine, but most are hard-to-find herbal blends.

Plant-based Skincare Free Of
Chemical Additives

We have a wide variety of unique products from a poplar tree bud cream for the driest skin to chakra oils for mind, body and spirit.

Which payment methods do you accept and how does fulfillment occur?

Blue Lake Botanicals LLC is currently accepting payments only for events, and payment is fulfilled when you attend the event. Paypal or major credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard are accepted.

What is your refund policy?

At the moment Blue Lake Botanicals LLC is only taking payments on this site for event reservations. To receive a refund, an event reservation must be cancelled 48 hours before the event. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, Blue Lake Botanicals LLC may issue a credit for a future event at our discretion. Get in touch with us within 24 hours of the event to apply for this.

What is your privacy policy?

This website offers visitors information about what we offer and an opportunity to register for classes. When paying for a class, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full description before making a commitment (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices.

The fee for the class will be charged to your payment method.

We may, without prior notice and for any reason, cancel the class in which case you would be issued a refund and Blue Lake Botanicals LLC would not be liable.
